The flavours are lovely at Kumpato (from the Turkish word "Kumpir + Potato"). The essence of the dish lies in the skin of the potato. Cut open in the middle, the inside is mixed with cheese and butter and topping can be added as desired. Guaranteed to satiate all hunger.
