Falstaff Wine Guide Italy 2026

Michael Graf Goëss-Enzenberg has been running the Manincor estate since 1996. Sustainable, organic farming with expressive terroir-driven wines is his motto. The estate is run using biodynamic practices. Spontaneous fermentation and ageing in wood are the consequences in the cellar. There are three ranges: "Hand", "Herz" and "Krone". The crown is made up of the "Castel Campan", a Cabernet-Merlot blend, and the Pinot Noir "Mason di Mason", while the whites are the "Lieben Aich", a Sauvignon Blanc and the "Le Petit", a sweet wine made from the Petit Manseng variety.
