The small family winery is run by Gerda Kiem, a newcomer to viticulture. For her, environmentally friendly, sustainable and natural cultivation of the vineyards is particularly important, and she describes herself as a lateral thinker. She cultivates Goldmuskateller, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Blanc and Gewürztraminer for white wine, as well as Pinot Noir, Lagrein and Merlot for red wine. A harmonious symbiosis of tradition and modern cellar technology produces authentic wines that are typical of the region and clearly reflect the terroir.

Gerda Kiem is a career changer in viticulture. The small Mauslocherhof winery is family-run, sustainable and close to nature. The vineyards are located at 310 to 500 meters, mostly on steep slopes. Grapes of the Pinot Blanc, Sauvignon Blanc, Goldmuskateller, Gewürztraminer, Pinot Noir, Merlot and Lagrein varieties grow here and are used to produce authentic, local wines with their own character. The grapes are processed gently using modern cellar technology, so that the quality from the vineyard is preserved in the cellar. The "Cato" flint wine is a real rarity.
