The sekt Cato Metodo Classico, vintage 2018 from the winery Weingut Mauslocherhof has been rated in 2020 by Othmar Kiem und Simon Staffler with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Gelber Muskateller from the region Alto Adige in Italy.
Bright, luminous silver with straw-yellow nuances and delicate mousse. Very fragrant nose of orange blossom, coconut flakes and a delicate muscat note, fresh and inviting. Just as fresh on the palate with crisp fruit and well-integrated mousse, clear and fresh fruit, light-footed on the tongue, great fun!
