Delicate, bright straw yellow with a silver touch. Somewhat restrained on the nose, fine meadow herbs, white flowers and some clove. Juicy attack with fresh, savoury nuances. Taut on the tongue and shows good tension, fresh acidity enlivens the slightly bitter finish.
