Tasting Notes
Pale straw yellow colour, silver reflections, lively, fine mousse. Delicate yeast savouriness, a hint of cookie, ripe yellow tropical fruits, notes of mango and papaya, fresh orange zest, nuances of blossom honey. Juicy, elegant, ripe yellow peach, subtle sweetness, complex and well persistent, shows length and good ageing potential, a well-matured, harmonious food wine.
