Pale golden yellow, silver reflections, fine, persistent mousse. Floral nuances, fine aromas of pear and cookie, a hint of lime zest underneath. Textured, elegant, yellow pomaceous fruit, some mango, fresh structure, mineral and good persistence, a firm companion at the table.
