Medium golden yellow, silver reflections, subtle, persistent mousse. Delicate nougat, a hint of vanilla, ripe yellow fruit: mango and apple, a hint of dried fruit and herbal spice. Complex, powerful, fine touch of clove, yellow peach and some pineapple, mineral and persistent, salty-mineral on the finish, good further development and definite ageing potential.
