Medium golden yellow, silver reflections, delicate, persistent mousse. Delicate white nougat, vanilla, ripe yellow fruit of mango and apple, delicate white flowers, a hint of cookie. Complex, powerful, yellow peach and some pineapple, mineral and long-lasting, salty-mineral finish, delicate lime, further development and certain ageing potential, a complex food companion.
