Tasting Notes
Pale golden yellow with green reflections and a persistent, fine mousse. Captivating roasted aromas of nut nougat and brioche, followed by white peach, apple, and some citrus zest. Elegant on the palate with a fine mousse, apple and herbal notes, and a subtle sweetness. It remains fresh and minerally-salty, with a long finish. Currently at a good stage of maturity.
