Tasting Notes
Bright light orange, shaded to soft cherry pink, silver highlights, fine, well-integrated, persistent mousse. Fine toasted caramel, raspberry confit, fresh cherries, a hint of navette oranges, underpinned by white flowers, very inviting bouquet. Juicy elegant and complex, fine white peach fruit, pleasant acidic structure, taut minerality, lemony nuances, red wild berries on the finish, salty and long lasting, shows great length, already in full harmony, to be enjoyed to the fullest.
