Tasting Notes
Medium yellow-green with silver reflections and a delicate mousse. Fine aromas of honeydew melon and brioche, a subtle chalky minerality, and hints of Linden blossom honey - a harmonious and open bouquet. Good complexity on the juicy palate, with integrated and balanced acidity giving structure. Cloves and guava show on the finish, with Golden Delicious apple in the aftertaste. Certain ageing potential. (PM).
