Tasting Notes
Delicate salmon pink with fine copper-silver reflections and a fine mousse. Delicate cherry fruit, a hint of apricots, nuances of raspberry pulp and blood oranges, with lime zest, white chocolate and some minerality also on the nose. Silky and elegant, it imparts a delicate sweetness of ripe strawberries within an integrated acid structure on the palate, leading to a mineral aftertaste and salty nougat finish. Balanced and long-lasting. (PM).
