Lemon yellow in colour. Apple ring and slightly balsamic tones on the nose, with some riper touches and bread crust too. The palate has a fine, bubbly mousse that unfolds in the mouth on a smooth, slightly viscous background. The acidity carries without being isolated, and a touch of sweetness balances it all. The finish is clothed in ripe, savoury aromas.
