Tasting from 04.10.2024: Simon Staffler, Othmar Kiem

Intense straw yellow with golden reflections and numerous fine bubbles. Ripe peach, melon and orange sponge cake on the nose, with a hint of yeast in the finish. Presents itself on the palate with rich fruit, golden, fine-grained mousse and a clear fruit core, with considerable structure.
