Tasting from 26.09.2025: Simon Staffler, Othmar Kiem

Golden yellow colour with golden reflections. Fine and continuous mousse. Delicate nose with notes of yellow and white fruit, lemon, lychee and savoury nuances. Creamy, mineral and broad on the palate, with a more grown-up expression of the flavours from the nose. Fresh and again mineral finish.
