Bright, radiant straw yellow with persistent mousse. Subtle nose, some blood orange, lemon, white flowers, then also oyster shell, notes of candle wax on the finish. Creamy on the palate with pronounced fruit, savoury, very fresh and precise, clean and fine blood orange tones on the finish, salty.
