The sparkling wine Girolamo Bosio Riserva Franciacorta DOCG Pas Dosé, vintage 2017 from the winery Bosio has been rated in 2025 by Simon Staffler, Othmar Kiem with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Pinot Nero, Chardonnay from the region Lombardia in Italy.
Bright light gold colour with persistent mousse. Toasted hazelnuts, wet stone and smoke on the nose, with subtle hints of citrus fruit and sea salt. Well-balanced mousse and a slightly phenolic centre on the palate, with a broad mouthfeel and sharp acidity that remains slightly exuberant.
