On the nose vineyard peach, Mirabelle and red plum whilst in the mouth the very powerful mousse dominates, leading into a hefty sweetness. The acidity is lively, but remains restrained compared to the sweetness. Finishes harmoniously on fruit.

On the palate the wine has a nice balance, acidity and mousse provide a freshness kick, the fruit is rather measured within the overall rather sweet house style, the finish underpins the freshness with suppleness and savouriness.
