Dieser weiße Schaumwein wird aus 100% Chardonnay-Trauben aus dem Tessin DOC hergestellt. Seine Vinifizierung erfolgt nach der strengen Metodo Classico, was eine hohe Qualität garantiert. Die erste Ernte fand 2019 statt und die Degorgierung erfolgte im April 2023. Ein leuchtend strohgelber Brut-Schaumwein mit goldenen Reflexen, ein wahres Spektakel für die Augen. Die Perlage besteht aus feinen, zahlreichen und anhaltenden Bläschen, die den Sekt am Gaumen erfrischend machen. Sein Aroma von Hefe, Vanillepudding und Mineralität wird Sie in eine duftende Umarmung einhüllen. Aber erst am Gaumen offenbart dieser Blanc de Blanc seinen außergewöhnlichen Charakter. Die Flaschengärung und die 36-monatige Reifung im Keller auf der eigenen Hefe verleihen den Bläschen eine cremige Struktur und einen Reichtum an fruchtigen Aromen. Straw yellow in colour. It's intense and sweetish on the nose: summer blossom, acacia honey, vanilla and citrus nuances, with some subtle apple too. Dry on the palate with a fine mousse, beautiful creaminess and a ripe, appropriate acidity. Lingers for a long time, with citrus accents.
