Complex bouquet with notes of blackberry, black cherry and dried plum as well as some Rumtopf. Hints of black pepper and smoky, savoury nuances. Fresh and elegant on the palate, dark fruit and some cocoa, with fine-grained tannins and a long, savoury finish.
