Dense ruby red colour. Ripe fruits on the nose, plums, elderberry and some cassis, leather and tobacco. Tight-knit palate with vivid, fine-grained tannins and ripe, grippy acidity, very well-integrated roasted notes from the wood, long and finishing with dark fruits.
