Tasting from 04.10.2024: Simon Staffler, Othmar Kiem

Clear straw yellow with a subtle mousse. Fragrant nose of buttery cookies, ripe pineapple and some peach, with a subtle aftertaste of wet stone and floral hints. Creamy on the palate, with well-integrated mousse, slightly reminiscent of roasted malt and nougat, stretches across the palate with good drive and finishes with a subtle bitter note.
