Tasting Notes
Tasted from the Démi. Very fruity on the nose, with clear apple and nectarine notes and some smoky yeast tones too. In the mouth, the wine has a certain breadth, with the dynamic mousse adding volume. Ripe acidity accompanies a clear sweetness, before the finish picks up the fruit again and with good length.
