Some honeysuckle on the nose, red gooseberry and apple, grapefruit, apple peel also appears. A Sauvignon Blanc that knows what it wants with an acidity that every Riesling would like: straightforward and lively, with a salty connotation and fine phenolics. Mineral framework, very harmonious and also idiosyncratic.
