Tasting from 01.01.2024: Ulrich Sautter

The decidedly fresh, clean nose shows an aroma of sour cherry with clear, iron-mineral undertones. In the mouth, the wine is full of extract on a supple base. It builds up drive and tension, and the current astringency will develop positively. The tannin quality is really good.
