Bright straw yellow with numerous fine bubbles. Reminiscent of pink grapefruit and yellow apple on the nose, with a hint of apricot and lemon blossom. Clearly apricot-like on the palate, with a fine mousse and good juiciness, becoming distinctly fruity-sweet in the mid-palate. Medium length.
