Medium yellow green colour with silver reflections, fine, persistent mousse. Yellow stone fruits with fine blossom honey in the background, finely savoury, delicate fresh orange zest. Juicy, taut, with white fruit nuances, balanced acidity, mineral, lingers long, versatile.
