This Pinot Gris displays pale pink nuances in the glass, and a very subtle nose completely devoid of primary fruit notes. On the palate there is an intense savouriness, with flavours of ginger, celery, walnut and ripe pear. It is a king at the table, with a seamlessness, and a phenomenal depth.
