Tasting Notes
Medium, brilliant golden yellow with reddish reflections. Fine, promising initial aromas of woodruff, lemon balm, light cherry with a hint of yeast bread. An extremely juicy, invigorating acidity structure with a creamy, soft mousse convincingly envelops the palate. The saline finish testifies to its provenance and lingers for a refreshingly long time. Two glasses more!
