Medium, brilliant golden yellow with reddish reflections. Fine, promising initial aromas of woodruff, lemon balm, light cherry with a hint of yeast bread. An extremely juicy, invigorating acidity structure with a creamy, soft mousse convincingly envelops the palate. The saline finish testifies to its provenance and lingers for a refreshingly long time. Two glasses more!

More about the tasting

Medium yellow gold. Delicate aromas of cookie, cassis, pear and some marzipan. Creamy, soft foam on the palate with lively mouthwatering acidity and subtle salty nuances. Some herbal savouriness and grapefruit linger on the finish, which is refreshing. An everyday crémant for many occasions.
