The white wine Auxey-Duresses AOC Blanc Patience No 12, vintage 2019 from the winery Domaine Agnes Paquet has been rated in 2022 by Peter Moser with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Chardonnay from the region Bourgogne in France.
It has a light greenish yellow colour, with silver reflections. There are delicate aromas of fresh papaya, mango, and a hint of acacia honey, and it is reminiscent of Chablis, plus a subtle hint of coconut. It is juicy, crisp, with white apple, a fresh acid structure, and a lively and lemony aftertaste. It is still very youthful, and is an appetizing food wine with a salty finish.
