Light golden yellow, silver reflections. Delicate aromas of candied grapefruit, white fruit nuances, some marzipan and lime, a fine bouquet. Medium complexity, silky texture, fine peach nuances, balanced acidity, a touch of blossom honey, subtle melon and caramel on the finish, mineral notes, an elegant food wine.
