Restrained nose, notes of pear with exotic hints of persimmon and kiwi, candied pineapple, also air toasted almonds, yeasty notes and wet stone. Brilliant purist structure, bell clear chalky minerality, persistent fine acidity. A straightforward, terroir-driven type without frills.
