Tasting from 19.11.2021: Gerhild Burkard

Silvery golden yellow with reddish reflections. Fine aromas of cassis, orange peel, pomelo and lemon sponge on the nose. Lean and focused on the palate, yet also substantial and juicy with mouthwatering length and some lemon balm on the finish. A vivacious aperitif.

A bright golden yellow colour with a copper sheen. Yeasty bread, lime blossom, white peach with a touch of dried herbs. A silky mousse, a flattering and creamy texture with an animated acidity, good length. Elegant, harmonious.
