Brilliant silver-grey with persistent mousse. Open and fragrant-floral nose of acacia blossom, a slight note of linden blossom and fresh pear. On the palate it demonstrates great fruit expression and a finely integrated mousse, its light texture enveloping the crunchy fruit, at once delicately sweet and yet dry, with excellent balance.
