Brilliant white gold with a slightly green tinge. Crisp apple [Granny Smith] on the nose, a cool touch, slight minerality, salty, an inviting bouquet. Sparkling wonderfully on the palate, it is juicy and clear, very precise, harmonious and fine, with a very long finish. It is top class.
