Brilliant silver green with persistent mousse. Fragrant, very precise nose of lime, sage, very juicy citrus fruit, grapefruit. Very light-footed on the palate, nevertheless complex and dense, airy mousse, perfectly balanced, harmonious and remains clean on the finish.
