Shimmering lemon yellow with a drop of gold. Fine savoury notes adorn the nose, some thyme and pink pepper, then lime blossom and ripe pineapple. Juicy on the palate, with crisp acidity, slightly smoky with a beautiful fruity core, comes with tension, still appears somewhat youthful, but shows good tension and winds gracefully onto the finish.
