Tasting Notes
Intensely sparkling ruby, slightly brightening rim. Very finely drawn nose, opens with notes of dried Mediterranean herbs, then lots of fresh cherry, some blood orange and tobacco. Turns a veritable peacock's wheel on the palate, fully coats the mouth, juicy, present fruit, then unfolds with fine-meshed tannins in many layers, extremely long finish.
