The red wine Solengo Toscana IGT, vintage 2022 from the winery Argiano has been rated in 2025 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 94 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Petit Verdot, Sangiovese from the region Tuscany in Italy.
An intense ruby red, almost impenetrable. Elegant nose, ripe plum and cherry, followed by some fresh thyme and peppery notes. Also elegant on the palate, fresh herbs, juicy, multilayered, wonderful tannins, an animated acidity, with a persistent, savoury finish.
