The white wine »Lösswand« Grauer Burgunder im Holzfass ausgebaut trocken, vintage 2023 from the winery Arndt Köbelin Weingut has been rated in 2025 by Ulrich Sautter with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Grauburgunder from the region Baden in Germany.
A fine, nutty varietal flavour, roasted chestnut. Subtle wood. On the palate a distinguished, fine phenolic note, a quite full-bodied but not too broad Pinot Gris, which is recommended as a versatile food wine. The quite intense mineral background is also nice.
