Meaty, beans, tomato puree and pimentóns de la vera - wonderfully Mediterranean, yet concentrated and generous. It's a bit of a vacation when it reminds you of olives and anchovies. Only the best. Impressive palate with an extract-sweet core and striking tannins, yet surprisingly fresh. For individual vacationers.
