Tasting from 14.02.2018: Thomas Schwitalla, Rainer Schäfer, Ulrich Sautter

Still closed, with some rosemary and dark chocolate aromas, there is an elegant flow on the palate, tannins with a little more firmness, slight sweetness (extract?), lots of juice and fruit in the background, with a spicy, tactile mineral finish. Has a lot of delicacy.
