Tasting Notes

Tasting from 20.04.2018: Peter Moser

Deep dark ruby garnet, opaque core, purple reflections, delicate edge brightening. Intense black berry confit, nuances of juniper, blackberries, some nougat, delicate precious wood nuances, a hint of vanilla. Juicy, ripe wild berry confit, integrated tannins, pleasant extracted sweetness, lingers, spicy-mineral finish, has certain ageing potential. The variety is an old variety of Mandilaria on the island of Evia. .
