Sparkling ruby garnet. Very clear and fresh on the nose, aromas of ripe red cherries and raspberries, underpinned by notes of cardamom and ginger. Very elegant on the palate, opens up with lots of juicy fruit, beautiful play, good drinking flow, long finish with notes of raspberry.
