The red wine Giobi Brunello di Montalcino DOCG, vintage 2019 from the winery La Fortuna has been rated in 2024 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Sangiovese from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Bright, elegant ruby red. Cedar wood, milk chocolate, wild berries, light fumé on the nose, with dried fig in the background. Full-bodied on the palate, with a lot of fruit, reminiscent of citrus fruit and pineapple, with a finish that still has a clear overhang of wood; needs patience.
