Still a little discordant on the nose as to which side it wants to emphasise: lots of savouriness or fruit, somewhat covered, cherry, dried herbs. Smoke. A "reserve" on the palate that is already alive in the structure with beautiful mineral savouriness and substance, medium complexity, good length.
More about the tastingStill closed, notes of ageing, wood, the "reserve" needs air, black cherry, sloe, minerality. Broadly laid out on the palate, good substance and minerality show on a soft background, vivid acidity, dense extract, dry, ripe tannins, good ageing potential.
