Semi-dark chocolate, beeswax, overripe black cherry, cinnamon. On the palate the wine has fire, a fine-grained tannin that has become soft from ageing, the acidity provides good support and gives the strong alcohol stability. A hint of minerality is reminiscent of Castillon.
