The red wine »90e Millésime« Mouton Cadet, vintage 2020 from the winery Baron Philippe de Rothschild has been rated in 2024 by Ulrich Sautter with 90+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc from the region Bordeaux in France.
Aromas of cherry and cocoa powder, milk chocolate and some herbs. In the mouth, it is a densely woven wine with firm, largely ripe tannins. The acidity is well integrated, becomes somewhat stronger on the palate and then contrasts with the considerable alcohol and the full-bodied finish. A good mineral foundation gives the wine individuality.
